Sales Final Policy (No Refunds / No Returns)
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
No Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.
Pre‑Order Items
Pre‑order items are made or reserved specifically for you. Because of this, all pre‑order purchases are final and cannot be refunded or returned. Pre‑order items ship within the estimated time frame listed on the shipping information page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide a resolution if applicable.
This is the only exception to our All Sales Final policy.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery concerns.
